"Housed on the former wartime RAF Newark this collection of 74 airframes covers all eras of aviation.  With four large structures which are covered only the larger ones (Vulcan, Shackleton, Hastings) are at the mercy of the elements.  You can even clamber up into the cockpit of a V bomber.  If nothing else it has the finest book/model/souvenir shop of any museum I have visited on this scale."
