Concorde Museum, Filton, Bristol

"Sadly this icon of aviation can no longer be seen where it belongs in the skies.  However the next best thing is to enjoy the unfettered access afforded by the recently opened splendid museum in it’s purpose built hangar at Filton near Bristol.  The particular airframe on show is the very last concorde to fly and is now in a permanent home back where it was built.  For those that are used to todays wide bodied jets the 'cosy' confines of the 100 seat arrangement in Concorde are quite a shock."
