"One could not begin to cover the first world war in the space available for a few remarks here, suffice it to say it was bloody. There remains a massive amount of graves and memorials for those that wish to embark upon their own personal pilgrimages. I have been four times yet always ready to go again. The journey is a long one but you will hopefully be confident of returnoing home to your loved ones at the end of it -- which is more than could be said for a lot of the poor souls that died so that we may live in peace (if only for another 20 odd years!!)."
